1-Year Novixa Brand Warranty

Every Novixa Brand watch and the P9 Wireless Headphones come with a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery.

What is covered

• Machine / movement defects in watches
• Battery faults (manufacturing defects)
• Speaker, Bluetooth or button defects in the P9 Headphones
• Any manufacturing fault that stops the product working as described

What is not covered

• Physical damage, drops, scratches or a broken glass / body
• Strap, chain or colour wear from daily use
• Damage from opening or repairing the product outside Novixa Brand
• Lost or stolen products

How to claim

Message us through the Contact page or WhatsApp with your order number and a short video of the issue. If the fault is covered, we repair or replace the product free of charge. You can also check your product before payment on Cash on Delivery orders.
